Meet Gavin Sandvoss, our vocal coach for Find Your Sound. Gavin has been a vocalist since age 11, and has since been pursuing music in his college chorus. Gavin was a 2x Missouri All-State bass singer, Missouri Honor Choir singer, and a leader of high school and collegiate-level choruses.

With a talent for connecting people and a genuine passion for fostering positive relationships, Teyshawn ensures that every message we share reflects our values and reaches our community with clarity and heart. Whether he's coordinating internal updates, managing public outreach, or brainstorming creative campaigns, Teyshawn brings enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism to every conversation.

Jack Deig - Piano/Co-Founder

Meet Jack Deig, our piano coach! Jack is a well-versed pianist, playing for many years, and can create his own piano sheet music. Jack is highly experienced in an improvisational style of piano playing, and utilizes these skills paired with music theory to create incredible solo and background piano pieces.

Emmett Bowman - Sound Design/Co-Founder

Meet Emmett Bowman, our sound design coach! Emmett has been a music fanatic since he was a child, and found much of his experience in sound design through experimental growth making his own beats. Emmett is experienced in creating simplistic, yet powerful beats that can bring soul into a piece of music as well as layering different effects to make a song sound complete.

Gavin Smith - Guitar

Meet Gavin Smith, our guitar coach! Gavin has spent years playing guitar and honing his craft, as well as performing in front of hundreds of people both in solo performances and bands. He can play several genres, but his main repertoire is within country music. Gavin Smith is here to show that when your skills are utilized on guitar that those skills can transcend specific genres to truly Find Your Sound.
